A liquid spray unit which can impart liquid (treating liquid, medicine, or the like) surely to a traveling body even in a high speed paper making machine. The liquid spray unit for spraying liquid to a traveling body comprises a spray tube (1) provided with a nozzle (11) for spraying liquid (L), and an air box (2) provided with an opening (23) for jetting an air flow (B), wherein the spray tube (1) and the air box (2) are arranged such that the air flow (B) is jetted from the air jet opening (23) toward the liquid (L) sprayed from the spray nozzle (11) and the sprayed liquid (L) can be blown to the traveling body (R) after being accelerated by the air flow (B). The liquid can be sprayed more effectively to the traveling body by making compact the unit depending on the quantity of liquid being imparted or the inner space of a paper making machine, or the like, or by employing a unit of a type of reciprocating a single nozzle.
L'invention porte sur un pulvérisateur de liquide permettant d'envoyer un liquide (liquide de traitement, médical ou autre) sans danger vers un corps en déplacement d'une machine de fabrication du papier haute vitesse. Le pulvérisateur de liquide destiné à pulvériser un liquide sur un corps en déplacement comprend un tube (1) pourvu d'une buse (11) pour pulvériser le liquide (L) et un caisson à air (2) pourvu d'un orifice (23) pour expulser un écoulement d'air (B). Le tube (1) et le caisson à air (2) sont agencés de sorte que l'écoulement d'air (B) soit expulsé par l'orifice (23) vers le liquide (L) pulvérisé par la buse (11) et de sorte que le liquide pulvérisé (L) puisse être projeté sur le corps en déplacement (R) après avoir été accéléré par l'écoulement d'air (B). Selon cette invention, on obtient une meilleure pulvérisation du liquide sur le corps en déplacement du fait de la compacité du dispositif par rapport à la quantité de liquide à envoyer ou de l'espace libre interne de la machine de fabrication du papier ou analogue, ou en utilisant une seule buse de type va-et-vient.
