A device for connecting support legs to furnishing elements comprises a first connecting member (29) which is to be secured to a leg (11), and a support unit (12) which is to be secured to a furnishing element (10). The support unit (12) comprises a second connecting member (39) which can be selectively clamped to the first connecting member (29) by clamping means (53). The first (29) and the second connecting member (39) comprises complementary angular- reference means (33, 36, 37, 46, 49) which cooperate to define a plurality of predetermined orientations of the first connecting member (29) relative to the second connecting member (39). In use, the clamping means (53) engage respective clamping seats (33, 49) which are unequivocally determined in accordance with the orientation adopted by the first connecting member (29).
Ce dispositif permettant de raccorder des pieds de soutien à des éléments d'ameublement, comporte un premier élément de connexion (29) à fixer à un pied (11) et une unité de support (12) à fixer à un élément d'ameublement (10). L'unité de support (12) comporte un second élément de connexion (39) pouvant venir se bloquer de manière sélective sur le premier élément de connexion (29) grâce à un mécanisme de fixation (53). Les deux éléments de connexion (29 et 39) comportent des moyens de référence angulaire (33, 36, 37, 46, 49) coopérant pour définir plusieurs orientations prédéterminées du premier élément de connexion (29) par rapport au second (39). En cours d'utilisation, le mécanisme de fixation (53) vient au contact de logements de fixation respectifs (33, 49) déterminés sans erreur possible en fonction de l'orientation choisie pour le premier élément de connexion (29).
