L'invention porte sur un dispositif (10) pour exercer une contrainte sur et faire travailler les articulations et les muscles de la main, du poignet et de l'avant-bras pouvant être utilisé par un individu afin de développer chaque groupe musculaire unique impliqué dans le mouvement de chaque doigt de la main, lequel dispositif comprend un plan ou une base de support horizontal (11) sur lequel une colonne verticale (16) est associée et des moyens appropriés pour permettre le mouvement d'un ou plusieurs doigts (15) de la main (14), soit en même temps, soit alternativement et selon un plan à la fois horizontal et vertical à l'encontre d'une résistance, un élément ou bloc de support (12) étant prévu pour les métacarpes placées sur ledit plan (11).
