A process of the manufacturing of decorative boards with an abrasion resistant surface and edges with joining functionality, the process comprising the steps; a) Cutting a carrier board to the desired dimension and molding edges with joining functionality. b) Treating at least the upper surface of the board. c) Applying radiation curable dry acrylic lacquer powder by means of electrostatic spray nozzles. d) Heating the acrylic lacquer so that it melts. e) Curing the acrylic lacquer by means of radiation being selected from the group consisting of UV-radiation and electron beam radiation.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de panneaux décoratifs ayant une surface résistant à l'abrasion et des bords à fonctionnalité d'assemblage, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes : a) découpe d'un panneau support aux dimensions désirées et moulage des bords conformément à une fonctionnalité d'assemblage, b) traitement d'au moins la surface supérieure du panneau, c) application, par buses de pulvérisation électrostatiques, d'une poudre d'un vernis acrylique siccatif durcissable par irradiation, d) chauffage à fusion du vernis acrylique, e) durcissement du vernis acrylique par irradiation, en appliquant un rayonnement du groupe rayonnement UV et rayonnement de faisceaux électroniques.
