A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which comprises 50 to 90 wt.% acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, 2.5 to 50 wt.% liquid ingredient containing a polyhydric alcohol, and 0.01 to 10 wt.% salt of a mono- to trivalent metal with a fatty acid having a C8-18 hydrocarbon group and has satisfactory tackiness, cohesive force, and moisture permeability; a pressure- sensitive adhesive drug composition which comprises the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition and a drug (a medicine, etc.) added thereto and has these performances; a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which is obtained by applying the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition to a substrate and has excellent moisture permeability; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape preparation which is obtained by applying the pressure-sensitive adhesive drug composition to a substrate and is excellent in moisture permeability and percutaneous drug absorption.
La présente invention concerne une composition d'adhésif autocollant renfermant entre 50 et 90 % en poids d'un adhésif acrylique autocollant, de 2,5 à 50 % en poids d'un ingrédient liquide renfermant un alcool polyhydrique, de 0,01 à 10 % en poids d'un sel de métal mono, bi ou trivalent, ainsi qu'un acide gras comportant un C¿8-18? groupe d'hydrocarbures, et présentant des performances satisfaisantes en terme de pouvoir adhésif, de force de cohésion, et de perméabilité à l'humidité; une composition pharmaceutique d'adhésif autocollant renfermant la composition d'adhésif autocollant et une préparation pharmaceutique (un médicament, etc.) ajoutées à celle-ci et présentant ces performances; une bande adhésive autocollante obtenue en appliquant la composition d'adhésif autocollant sur un substrat, et présentant une excellente perméabilité à l'humidité; une préparation de bande adhésive autocollante obtenue en appliquant la composition pharmaceutique d'adhésif autocollant sur un substrat, et présentant d'excellentes performances de perméabilité à l'humidité et d'absorption percutanée de médicaments.
