ABSTRACT A method of manufacturing a double-walled container for storing corrosive materials involves creating an inner flexible tank within an outer rigid tank by coating an interior surface of the outer tank with plastic material under conditions that allow the plastic material to separate from the inner surface of the outer tank. By this method, the mold for the inner tank is the interior of the outer tank. With previous double-walled tanks, the inner wall is a large plastic bag having dimensions similar to the interior dimensions of the outer tank. It is often difficult to insert this plastic bag into the outer tank.
