Azeotropic compositions made up of from about 68.1 to about 69.1% by weight of dimethoxymethane, from about 29.7 to about 30.7% by weight of cyclopentane and from about 0.7 to about 1.7% by weight in which the sum of the weight percents of the components is 100% by weight. These azeotrope-like compositions are useful as blowing agents in the production of polyurethane foams.
Compositions azéotropes constituées d'environ 68,1 à environ 69,1 % en poids de diméthoxyméthane, d'environ 29,7 à environ 30,7 % en poids de cyclopentane et d'environ 0,7 à environ 1,7 % en poids de 2-méthylpentane dans lesquelles la somme des pourcentages en poids des constituants s'élève à 100 % en poids. Ces compositions semblables à des compositions azéotropes sont utiles comme agents gonflants pour la production de mousses de polyuréthane.
