He is a liar and a thief who is now declaring bankruptcy to run from his creditors and innocent people who he took money from to do roofing and never did it or gave the money back. Bear Roof Care is the name of his bankrupt company. His secretaryéwife Laura Weir is no better. A couple of thieves.
