ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to a pipe guide clamping assembly for clamping a pipe at a predetermined location. The assembly includes two portions, a first portion and a second portion which are releasably secured to each other about the pipe perimeter. The mechanism for securing the two portions together includes a biasing means for biasing the two portions together about the pipe and maintaining the assembly in a clamped dis- position.
