PERKINS Abstract of the Disclosure A communication signal is coupled simultaneously to all three phases of a neutral-wye three-phase line through a transformer arrangement consisting of a low voltage set of three serially connected windings across which the signal is applied to produce the same current in all three windings and a high voltage set of three windings which are connected in a neutral-wye configuration to the power line with a winding of each set being mag- netically coupled to a different winding of the other set such that the currents induced in all three windings of the high voltage set flow in the same direction with respect to the neutral connection.
