Abstract of the Disclosure A valve positioning handle is provided for operating a valve having a central axis, a body and a fluid isolation means disposed within said body for rotation about said axis by selective use of either of a pair of torque applying tools which pair of tools includes an inverted U-shaped wrench having a pair of parallel leg planes and a square shaped wrench having four side planes. This valve positioning handle comprises an extended fitting connected to the isolation means and centrally aligned with the axis. The extended fitting includes a pair of opposing surfaces parallel with the axis and each other for respectively receiving the parallel leg planes of the inverted U-shaped wrench adjacent thereto. The extended fitting includes thereon a quadruplet of surfaces parallel with the axis and disposed with respect to each other for respectively receiving one of the side planes of the square-shaped wrench thereby.
