ABSTRACT This invention concerns a process for the production of active soil-beneficiating of soil control granules and pelletized products there- from having slow-release or controlled slow-release properties of the active ingredients therein. Selected and activated coal materials impregnated with selected active ingredients are used as the slow-release granular product, and selected granular products with a desired active ingredient impregnated therein or formulated compositions thereof contain- ing differing active ingredients are pelleted by means of soluble and insoluble binders to provide a required degree of controlled slow-release of the active ingredients therein.
