Il s'agit d'un procédé de préparation d'un composé de formule 1 : Image (I) par traitement d'un composé de formule II : Image en milieu acide, dans ces formules R10, R'10, R11, R'11, R12, et R8 représen- tent séparément un atome d'hydrogène, d'halogène, un radical à caractère aliphatique, un radical méthyle libre ou protégé ou un radical cyano ; R'11 peut être en outre un radical aryle, cycloaliphatique ou un radical hydroxy libre out protégé ; R'10 et R'11 pris ensemble peuvent représenter une double liai- son ou un radical alkylène ou alcénylène substitue ou non sub- stitué ; R5 et R6 représentent séparément un radical à caractère alipha- tique, ou pris ensemble un radical alkylène ou alcénylène non substitué ou substitué ; R1 représente un atome d'hydrogène, d'halogène, un radical à caractère aliphatique, un radical aryle, cycloaliphatique sub- stitue ou non substitué, un radical terpénique, un radical silyl substitue ou un cation métallique ; R9 représente un radical hydroxy libre ou protégé ; R'9 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical alkyl, ou R9 et R'9 pris ensemble représente nt un radical oxo ; et -A- représente un radical alkylène, alcénylène, cyclopropanylène halogéné ou non, cyclopropanylen-ylidène halogéné ou non, un radical cyclique à 5 chaînon contenant 1 ou 2 hétéroatomes ou représente une simple liaison ; m et n sont des nombres entiers compris entre G et 3 inclus. Ces composés sont utiles dans la synthèse des prostaglandines.
