THREE TIER BREAD TRAY ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A three tier stacking container with opposed side walls, opposed end walls and a bottom. A pair of bail bars are pivotally mounted by pins in the end walls which engage slots in transverse arms at the ends of the bail bars. The side walls and end walls are configured to allow the bail bars to be movable to a position of rest thereon in any one of three positions allowing a second container of the same configuration to (1) rest on the bail bars of the container wholly above the container, (2) nest in the container, and (3) rest on m e bail bars of the container intermediate positions (1) and (2).
