ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An electrical apparatus connected with a battery charger system is comprised of a charge current source, charge current controlling means, a battery, switch means, load means, switch-operating means and a fast-charging period controlling means which provides a capacitor charged connectedly with the charge of said battery and discharged connectedly with the dis- charge of said battery to said load means, and serves to flow large current through said charge current controlling means dur- ing the interval before the charge voltage of said capacitor is raised to attain to a predetermined voltage and to flow small current through said means after said interval.
