Abstract There is described a pharmaceutical mixture comprising nedocromil or a salt thereof in combination with an inhalation agent selected from a bronchodilator or a steroid. There is also described a salt of nedocromil with basic inhalation agents and compositions containing the salt and the mixture. The mixtures, salts and compositions are useful for treating reversible obstructive airways disease.
