ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A polyolefin product is produced by reacting a polyolefin grafted with a carboxylic acid or anhgydride thereof with a polar polymer containing epoxy groups. The unreacted epoxy groups in the resulting copolymer improves adhesion and compatibility with metals and other resins.
