Abstract Intermediate Bulk Containers A flexible intermediate bulk container or sack is provided with a stabilising cradel disposed beneath the base of the container. The cradle comprises supporting members between which the container may sag to a depth equal to the height of the cradle. The supporting members are spaced so as to permit the insertion of the tines of a fork lift truck beneath the container for transport. The design of container and carrying means is an improvement over previously used integral carrying straps or slings.
