ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Disclosed is a welding device for leakproof attach- ment of a laminated cover to a container body. The device has a single-winding induction coil which in order to achieve nar- row welding seams consists of a single winding. The end surfaces of the winding are spaced apart less than 1 mm. Power supply con- ductors are connected to the end portions of the winding parallel to each other in a plane which is perpendicular to the plane of the coil, and the conductors are bent at an angle of about 75° to the plane of the coil.
