A device for the guiding of a flexible film folded back on itself. The device comprises a smooth support plate affixed to a frame, mounted in a direction parallel to that of the film and located so as to engage between two folds of the film, and pressure rollers or small wheels biased back toward the support plate by means of springs to maintain the folds of the film against the support plate, the pressure small wheels or rollers being mounted on roller supports mounted so as to be able to take on different orientations relative to the direction of displacement of the film. The application specifically relates to the creation of perfusion pouches or bags.
