ABSTRACT Printable propylene-polymer based multi-layer films for packaging Heat-sealable, at least monoaxially oriented multi-layer films which can, if desired, be printed and have an asymmetric structure, composed of a film consisting of a propylene polymer as the base layer and two outer sealing layers of which 1) one sealing layer consists of an ionomer resin or an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, and 2) the other sealing layer, which can, if desired, be printed, consists of a copolymer formed from ethylene/acrylic acid and, if appropriate, acrylic acid derivatives.
