ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Immunoglobulin preparations presently available for therapeutic use have proved disappointing in their effectiveness. It has been speculated that the protein was denatured in its purification. This disclosure presents research pertaining to the extraction of an undenatured immunoglobulin. The process described in the disclosure an be carried out at room temperature without specialized equipment and at low coat. The product produced is an immunoglobulin rich fraction containing IgG, IgA and IgM prepared in high concentration (200 mg/ml). The process developed seems to be most easily explained by the theories relating to colloidal solutions.
