ABREGE DESCRIPTIF Le procédé consiste à comprimer localement le matelas de fibres au moyen d'un outil à profil déterminé et à déposer le produit pulvé- rulent à l'intérieur de l'empreinte laissée par l'outil. Selon une caractéristique supplémentaire du procédé on applique ensuite une force de compression sur le produit pour le sertir dans la masse fibreuse . Un dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé comporte deux cylindres (20, 30) reliés par une courroie (40). Les dents (23) du premier cylindre forment les empreintes, les perçages (41) de la courroie permettent la localisation du dépôt de poudre dans les empreintes et les dents (33) du deuxième son sertissage. Le procédé concerne en particulier l'incorporation de superabsorbant dans le matelas de fibres d'articles d'hygiène à usage unique. Figure 1.
