ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention provides an open sea aquaculture installation comprising a central structure similar to an oil drilling platform at sea and several floating modules which are anchored to the sea bed. According to the invention, the different modules are disposed along a line substantially transversal to the direction of the current and are sufficiently spaced apart so that the dejecta from the different modules do not interfere mutually.
