ABREGE DESCRIPTIF La présente invention concerne la préparation des amino-2 phényl-5 benzodiazépines-1,3 représentées par la formule Image dans laquelle R1 et R2 sont l'hydrogène, un atome d'halogène, un radical alcoyle ou alcoxy, R2 pouvant occuper l'une quelconque des positions possibles sur le noyau aromatique; R3 est l'hydrogène ou un radical alcoyle et alors R4 est l'hydrogène, un radical alcoyle, cycloalcoyle, arylalcoyle, hétéroarylalcoyle, dialcoylaminoéthyle, dialcoylaminopropyle, (éthyl-1 pyrrolidino-2) méthyle, dialcoylamino, alcoxy- carbonyle ou cyano ou bien R3 et R4 forment avec l'atome d'azote adjacent un hétérocycle ayant de 5 à 7 chaînons, con- tenant éventuellement un autre hétéroatome choisi parmi l'oxygène, le soufre ou l'azote, ce dernier pouvant être substitué par un groupe alcoyle. Ces composés sont utiles en médecine humaine comme antidépresseurs dans le traitement des états dépressifs et des troubles psychiques.
