The plastic foam is entirely incorporated into the needle felt. The needle felt may be equipped with a bracing structure that is substantially free from the plastic foam. The needle felt may be formed by fiber non-woven fabrics stitched on both sides on the bracing structure with the plastic foam imbedded on both sides of the needle felt.
