ABSTRACT A poultry nest including an enclosure with an open front and an open back and a curved bottom panel carrying loose litter with disinfectant therein, a pusher panel pivoted at the top of the nest and swingable forwardly to the open front to push the hen off the nest and rearwardly to carry eggs upwardly for discharge through the open rear of the nest, the pusher panel having an articulated lower portion with stiff but flexible fingers to engage and move the egg and articulated to pass over the egg when swinging toward the open front and to carry the egg when swinging toward the open rear.
