ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A valve comprising a valve housing, a fluid supply and a fluid discharge, a valve body, a valve seat on the fluid supply and a valve seat on the fluid discharge, actuating means for displacing the valve body between open and closed positions, and a temperature sensitive device which is so constructed and arranged that by varying its temperature, the contact force between the valve seats and the valve body can be controlled at will.
