A B S T R A C T A combination apportioning device and product holder for granular or powder products including a container of said products that is sealed and has an openable opening in the bottom thereof, and an apportioning arrangement arranged below said opening. The holder is provided with an opening adjacent to said openable opening of said container, so that the contents of the container can be selectively dispensed by said apportioning arrangement when said container is positioned within said holder.
