In this process, a cell suspension prepared from the heterogeneous cell population migrating out of the system formed by a lattice and an explant of a pathological tissue, cultivated by the compact covering lattice method of culture, is incubated in the presence of collagen, said population consisting on the one hand of differentiated pathological cells and on the other hand of the two type-fibroblasts, one of them originating from the tissue stroma and the other from the lattice.
