Abstract of the disclosure A convenience container with a cornered bottom is comprised of an outer shell and a pouch sealed to the inside of the outer shell for containing a liquid. The outer shell is provided with fold lines and with a scored line for forming a mouth opening. The outer shell is pressed inwardly along these fold lines, and the top marginal portion of the outer shell is cut off along the scored line, to thereby easily form an opening to serve as a dispensing mouth.
