PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: L'invention concerne un procédé pour l'élaboration d'aciers présentant une structure isotrope et une grande aptitude à la mise en forme à froid en particulier par embou- tissage avec une très basse teneur en silicium. Ce procédé consiste à introduire dans un acier liquide désoxydé et à basse teneur en silicium un fil fourré contenant une matière divisée qui est un mélange de silico-calcium et de calcium en grains en quantité et dans des proportions déterminés. Ce procédé s'applique aux aciers non alliés ou faiblement alliés et convient en particulier dans le cas d'une installa- tion de coulée continue.
