CURLEE Title : COMPOUND FORCE THERAPEUTIC CORSET AND BELT Abstract of the Disclosure Disclosed is an improved therapeutic corset and support belt adapted for the sacro-lumbar and thoracic region of the human body. The corset and belt comprise one or more flat envelopes of more or less rectangular configuration and are capable of receiving and storing fluid. The envelope(s) are provided with a plurality of vertical ribs perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the envelopes, said ribs forming a series of inter- communicating inflatable cells. Said cells may be individually pressurized for application of various pressures on individual regions of the back. The envelope is capable of attachment to a belting or corseting material with fastening means and also possesses a means of introducing fluid into the envelope(s).
