PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: La présente invention est relative à un procédé d'obtention d'aluminium de très haute pureté en éléments eutectiques par ségrégation. Elle consiste à ajouter à un élément eutectique en quantité hypoeutectique pour assurer l'efficacité de l'opération de ségrégation. Le ou les élé- ments ajouté(s) doi(vent) pouvoir s'éliminer facilement dans l'opération de ségrégation ou ne pas être gênant(s) pour l'application envisagée. Ce procédé trouve son application notamment dans l'obtention, avec un rendement convenable, d'aluminium contenant moins de 10 ppm de fer et de silicium et destiné, en particulier, à la fabrication de condensa- teurs de haute et moyenne tension.
