ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A microwave dielectric resonator, e.g. for use in a microwave filter or oscillator, is provided with a tough low loss mount. The mount comprises a polymeric support layer, which is provided with an aperture beyond which the resonator extends. About the first polymer layer are a pair of polymeric retaining layers. These three polymer layers may be heat bonded together to secure the resonator. Interlayers may be used between the three polymer layers in order to effect a bond.
