ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A one-piece, snap-on lens assembly permits the testing of pointer shaft driven switches in instruments without removal of the lens from the instrument housing. The lens assembly may be mounted on an instrument housing which has a dial, pointer and pointer shaft-operated switch. The lens assembly has a round, flat surface through which the dial and pointer may be viewed, and at the periphery of the round flat surface, a curved bezel which is extended to engage the instrument housing flexibly. A boss portion is integrally formed with the flat surface of the lens.
