TITLE HIGH IMPACT RESISTANT POLYAMIDE ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE High impact resistant polyamide resins containing a polyamide matrix comprising at least one amorphous polyamide and dispersed particles of a toughener formed of a blend of ethylene, propylene, anhydride groups and an ionomer derived from ethylene, an alkyl acrylate and acrylic acid or of less than abut 360 nm, as determined by a small angle x-ray scattering technique. The toughener is present in the resin in the amount of at least 15% by weight.
