- 1 - ABSTRACT The invention provides a curable polymer com- position comprising (A) 100 parts by weight of an organic polymer having at least one silicon-containing reactive group of the formula: Image (I) wherein the groups R1, which may be the same or different, each represent a C1-C20 monovalent hydrocarbon group or a triorganosiloxy group of the formula: (R')3SiO- (II) in which the groups R', which may be the same or different, each represent a C1-C20 monovalent hydrocarbon group; X is a hydroxyl group or a hydrolyzable group provided that when the number of Xs in the group (I) is at least 2, the Xs may be the same or different; a is 0, 1, 2 or 3; b is 0, 1 or 2; and m is an integer of 1 to 18, and (B) 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a curing catalyst selected from the compounds of the formulas: and Image (IIIa) (IIIb) wherein Q is a C1-C20 monovalent hydrocarbon group; and the groups Z, which may be the same or different, each represent a C1-C20 monovalent hydrocarbon group or an organic group having a functional residue which can form a coordinate bond with an Sn atom. The polymer composi- tion can be quickly cured and is particularly useful as a pressure sensitive adhesive and a sealing material.
