PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURE OF A POLY(PERFLUOROOLEFIN) BELT AND AND A BELT MADE THEREBY Abstract A method for making a perfluoroolefin polymer filament belt is disclosed. The belt is substantially free of stretching under typical conditions of use including application of heat and force to the belt. This characteristic is produced by the process which includes the steps of weaving a belt and thermally fixing the woven belt by heating to the filaments to their white point while applying a force to the load bearing filaments.
