ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A gas separating module is disclosed which comprises a container having a gas inlet and outlet and a bundle of porous material tubes that are incorporated in said container and which are open at both ends, each of the porous material tubes having a smaller outside diameter at both ends than in the other portions, said porous material tubes being fixed to said container at said tapered ends.
