ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A resin composition comprising: (A) a polyphenylene oxide resin or a resin composi- tion containing polyphenylene oxide, and (3) a copolymer of an olefin and glycidyl methacrylate and/or glycidyl acrylate. The aforesaid resin composition is excellent in the processability, impact resistance and oil resist- ance as well as the adhesiveness with inorganic fillers such as glass fiber, calcium carbonate, silica, titanium oxide etc.
