ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A hexagonal housing unit is erected with flat roof and side wall panels of different shapes, formed of selected desired building materials, and manufactured by production pro- cedures. Certain of the panels may be formed of two pieces or sections. There are several sizes of certain panels to ac- commodate multiple unit installations either initial or by add- on construction. Simple joints, preferably bolted, connect the panels and proper roof drainage is enabled in multiple unit buildings.
