ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An electric terminal box, including connecting pins extending from the bottom surface of the terminal box hous- ing towards the open portion of said housing, to faciliate connection of electric wires inserted into the terminal box, and to establish electrical connection with tubular connecting means, located in a corresponding configuration at the electrical switch, power point or similar component to be arranged in a position substantially surrounded by the housing, said component, when inserted into the ter- minal box establishing electrical contact via the connect- ing pins to the electrical wires inserted into the termin- al box. The connecting pins are attached to a base plate, rotatably mounted adjacent to the internal bottom surface of the housing, and lockable in desired angular rotary positions in relation to the housing by a locking member, co-acting with the housing. The component to be attached, and electrically connected, preferably has a locking means, co-acting with the housing or a separate co-acting member, in order to faciliate securing of the component in desired relative position to the internal bottom surface of the housing, said members preferably being adapted to faciliate unlocking only by use of a special purpose tool.
