ABSTRACT: "Dial-Operated PBX Exchange": Selector modules (multiplexers M1 - M8) formed as integrated modules using C-MOS-technology are used for the switching network which permits full accessibility between lines and stations via electronic crosspoints. Via individual selector lines specified by an appropriate drive address from a control computer unit (ST), individual subscribers (T0 - T5) in the case of internal traffic are to be connected, and in the case of external traffic any subscribers are to be connectable to any exchange line (Ltg1, Ltg2). The switch- ing network (KF) is electrically isolated from other functional units by transformers (Ue1 - Ue8) in the subscriber circuits (TA0 - TA5) and in the exchange sets (AS1,AS2). Central units (audible tone receivers, tone generators) are connected via free selector lines of the multiplexers. (Figures 1a and 1b)
