ABSTRACT A dispenser for sequentially dispensing a plurality of articles includes a removable dispensing cartridge for storage foods or other articles to be dispensed. The cartridge includes a support for supporting the articles in spaced vertical relationship, and a guide for guiding the movement or the articles within the cartridge. The dispenser is particularly adapted for dispensing skewered foodstuffs, and is used in combination with a cooking apparatus of the type wherein raw food is conveyed past a cooking element by an endless conveyor. The conveyor carries receiving brackets which receive and carry the skewers past cooking elements while rotating the skewers past an evenly-cooked product.
