ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides a connector device which contains a transfer unit, which on the outlet side has a flow connector and a return connector for the air conditioning device. On the inlet side on the transfer unit there is a combination regulator connected to an inlet line connector and an outlet line connector for the thermal transfer agent. The combination regulator contains in addition a by-pass between the input line connector and the output line connector, in which there is a by-pass valve. This by-pass valve is controlled by means of a flow valve depending on the feed control. This results in a simple and varied connector capability for an area air conditioning system.
