ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION Compositions comprised of (A) certain substituted carboxamidothiazoles and (B) one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of imidazoles, triazoles, guanadines, halonitrobenzenes, manganese and zinc salts of ethylene-bis(dithiocarbamate), pyrimidines, dicarboxamides, pyrrolidines and thiurams exhibit synergistic fungicidal activity. Also, a method for protecting plants from fungal disease comprising treating such plants with a fungicidally effective amount of said composition is disclosed.
