P R E C I S La présente invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés de 1,4-dihydropyridine de formule générale (I): Image ainsi que leur procédé de préparation qui consiste à traiter un benzaldéhyde avec un ester de l'acide acéto- acétique, puis à traiter l'ester de l'acide .alpha.-(acétyl)- .beta.-(phényl substitué) acrylique obtenu avec un ester de l'acide 3-aminocrotonique et à récupérer le produit obtenu. Ces composés sont utilisés dans le traitement des troubles cardio-vasculaires.
