ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE 3-(2,2-Dichlorovinyloxy)-benzylesters of the formula Image wherein each of R1 and R2 independently represents a fluorine, chlorine, bromine atom or a methyl group, R3 represents a hydroqen atom, and R4 represents a hydro- gen atom or a cyano group, provided that if R1 and R2 arc tile same and R4 repre- sents a cyano group, then R3 can be a methyl group. The compounds can be used in pest control.
