ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present application discloses a new electrical plug restraint system for use with duplex wall receptacles. The system secures a post like member to the receptacle and a cover is releasably maintained by the post with electrical plugs generally interior to the cover. The cover is releasable from the post in a manner difficult for a child to remove, to reduce possibility of tampering by the child.
